About The Position

SeekOne is hiring a Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing to own and improve the company's lead generation engine. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who has real direct response experience and understands how to generate qualified local demand. The right candidate has likely been a strong paid media buyer or lead generation marketer in the past and is now ready to expand into broader marketing leadership. You still respect the details of campaign performance, but you want to own more than ads. You want to build the full system, from traffic and conversion to call quality, form flow, appointment setting, reporting, and revenue impact. This role will work with leadership, a coach, and a small outside agency team. You will have support, but you will also be expected to own the system. In the first few months, that may include getting directly into calls, forms, lead quality, follow-up, and sales handoff so you can understand exactly where the dials need to be adjusted.

  • Experience managing outside agencies, building reporting dashboards, improving CRM workflows, or connecting marketing performance to sales outcomes would also be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and improvement of SeekOne's lead generation strategy.
  • Manage or oversee paid media campaigns, landing pages, conversion paths, tracking, and reporting.
  • Evaluate lead quality, customer intent, response time, appointment setting, and sales handoff quality.
  • Coordinate with outside agency partners while maintaining clear internal ownership of outcomes.
  • Build practical reporting that shows which channels, markets, and campaigns are producing qualified opportunities.
  • Use Al, automation, dashboards, and repeatable workflows to make the marketing system faster and more accountable.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and operations to improve the full customer journey from first touch to booked inspection.
