The Director of Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively increase leasing
• Develop and manage the marketing budgets for each property and campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenses.
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
