The Director will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment, while leading and supporting a team of Regional Marketing Managers responsible for local market execution across multiple states. Defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success across all marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging across all markets and touchpoints are key aspects of this position.
