Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events that build awareness, generate leads, and support business development, while championing the use of AI to sharpen how the team plans, creates and measures its work. Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience in B2B technology and/or professional services
  • Strong project management, communications, presentation, and writing skills
  • Ability to present strategies and results to leadership teams for input and approval
  • Broad range of marketing capabilities across traditional and digital channels
  • Hands-on experience using modern sales and marketing tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, social media platforms, email marketing, and content managed websites
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional setting, with a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring how AI can enhance marketing workflows and outcomes
  • Ability to think critically about which strategies and tactics to employ for a given situation
  • Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with technology partners in a co-marketing capacity (e.g., Microsoft) considered an asset
  • French language skills considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for taking a highly collaborative approach to working with marketing, client services, and practice leaders, to understand their business objectives and translate these into strategies and plans that will drive awareness and engagement within our target audiences.
  • Oversee the execution of a variety of marketing programs and campaigns across a range of digital services and industries.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance, working with in-house teams and outside agencies.
  • Actively manage lead generation activities, including lead nurturing and follow-through with Sales.
  • Work collaboratively with technology partner marketing teams (e.g., Microsoft) to achieve our shared goals through impactful co-marketing campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate with different internal stakeholder groups and leadership to align priorities and identify new business opportunities.
  • Apply account-based marketing techniques to enhance the efforts of the Sales team.
  • Work across the firm’s shared services marketing team of digital, data, design, and writing to create compelling thought leadership, collateral, and campaigns.
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and methods across the team, identifying opportunities to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of marketing activities and sharing learnings broadly.
  • Introduce new methods and tools to generate more value from our marketing activities.
  • Gather and compile market and first-party research for planning purposes, including the development of personas and journey maps as needed.
  • Facilitate internal workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Regularly track and report on budget status.
  • Support and assist with other marketing and communications activities as needed.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, partnerships, and priority client industries.

  • Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews.
