About The Position

DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Manager Digital Marketing Campaigns & Messaging for Spine, based in Warsaw, Indiana; West Chester, Pennsylvania; Raynham, Massachusetts; or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Remote work may be considered case by case and requires company approval. The role reports to the Spine Downstream Marketing Team and develops spine marketing campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and content plans. It turns product strategies, value propositions, clinical evidence, and customer insights into clear, compelling, consistent campaigns across the Spine portfolio. The manager leads campaign planning, messaging architecture, and content strategy in close partnership with Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Communications. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated separation is expected within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, consultation, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions. Following the transaction, the employee is anticipated to work for DePuy Synthes under its employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. The anticipated base pay range is $102,000 to $177,100. The posting describes eligibility, subject to applicable plan and policy terms, for a consolidated retirement plan (pension), a 401(k) savings plan, and a long-term incentive program. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
5–10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, campaign strategy, communications, product marketing, or related commercial functions.
Demonstrated experience developing integrated marketing campaigns in a healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment.
Experience leading messaging, positioning, and content strategy initiatives.
Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with commercial, marketing, and business objectives.
Build annual and launch-specific campaign roadmaps supporting portfolio priorities and growth initiatives.
Translate product strategy, customer insights, and market opportunities into customer-focused marketing plans.
Identify opportunities to create connected campaigns across customer segments, procedures, technologies, and care settings.
Establish campaign governance, planning processes, and performance measurement standards.
Develop messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, value propositions, and storytelling strategies.
Ensure messaging consistency across customer touchpoints, channels, and stakeholder audiences.
Partner with platform marketing teams to evolve product positioning into market-ready customer communications.
Guide development of claims-based content strategies using clinical evidence and customer insights.
Determine content requirements across digital, social, web, industry meetings, and field communications channels.
