About The Position

Liveops is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager, Agent Growth to lead the marketing strategy behind one of our most valuable assets—our independent contractor agent community. This role is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that attract, engage, and retain high-quality agents while strengthening the Liveops brand in the marketplace. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Creative, Communications, and external agency partners, you'll develop campaigns that align with hiring priorities while creating a compelling experience for prospective agents. We're looking for a marketer first, not a recruiter. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing fundamentals with consumer marketing experience and understands how to build brands, create engaging content, manage agencies, and optimize digital experiences that drive measurable growth. This role also supports broader corporate marketing and client marketing initiatives making it an integral member of the Marketing organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience managing digital marketing programs.
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors.
• Strong content marketing and editorial planning experience.
• Experience managing websites and SEO.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Agent Marketing Growth Strategy: Own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for agent marketing. Build integrated marketing plans aligned to Talent Acquisition hiring priorities. Develop campaigns that strengthen the Liveops agent brand and improve applicant quality. Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate sourcing needs and adjust marketing content strategies accordingly. Partner with Agent Experience to utilize internally created content (agent testimonials, agent of the month spotlights) on external channels. Measure performance and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Own the Agent Marketing Content Strategy: Develop and manage the agent marketing editorial calendar. Create campaigns that tell authentic stories about the Liveops agent experience. Partner with Creative to produce digital ads, videos, landing pages, social content, email campaigns, and other marketing assets. Coordinate messaging across paid, organic, website, PR, and recruiting channels. Ensure messaging remains consistent across all agent touchpoints. Establish governance and content approval processes to ensure agent-facing and recruitment messaging remain compliant and brand-consistent.
• Lead Digital Marketing Programs: Own the performance of the entire digital marketing ecosystem supporting agent growth, including: Paid social, Organic social, Recruitment website, Landing pages, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) / LLM visibility, Conversion rate optimization, Reputation management.
• Manage External Marketing Partners: Serve as the primary relationship owner for external marketing vendors pertaining to agent marketing, including: Paid media agency, SEO/GEO partners, Reputation management vendors, Digital marketing partners. Establish campaign objectives, review performance, optimize budgets, and ensure partners deliver measurable business results.
• Own the Agent Recruitment Website: Develop the website content roadmap. Improve user experience and conversion. Partner with developers and designers on enhancements. Partnering with TA on optimizations based on applicant/agent feedback. Improve SEO and AI discoverability. Analyze website performance and recommend improvements.
• Reputation & Brand Management: Strengthen Liveops' reputation as an employer of choice by: Create semi-annual reputation management reports. Managing online reputation across review platforms. Promoting agent success stories and testimonials. Supporting PR opportunities. Developing strategies that strengthen the Liveops brand among prospective agents.
• Client Marketing: During periods of lower recruitment demand, support broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, content development, product launches, website updates, and strategic projects.
