About The Position

TubeScience is hiring a marketing leader to define and accelerate its next stage of growth. The role owns the company’s B2B marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution, working directly with executive leadership, Sales, Partnerships, and creative and technology teams. The objective is to establish TubeScience as a performance partner combining agency-grade creative, technology-enabled infrastructure, and a commercial model tied to advertiser results, while reaching enterprise decision-makers and converting awareness into qualified opportunities and revenue. The position begins as a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role with strategic ownership and autonomy to set priorities, influence positioning and commercial strategy, and deliver measurable results. As marketing demonstrates ROI, the role will help determine when and where to invest in additional team capabilities. Responsibilities span brand and category leadership; enterprise go-to-market strategy and demand generation; product and solutions marketing; customer storytelling and sales enablement; industry presence and partnerships; and building the marketing function’s operating cadence, measurement framework, and scalable processes. The role may lead external agencies or contractors and propose targeted hires or specialist support as business needs and demonstrated ROI justify investment.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of strategy and measurable commercial results.
  • Strong experience in advertising platforms, AdTech, DSPs, marketing technology, or similarly sophisticated solutions sold to brands and agencies.
  • Deep understanding of paid social, performance advertising, agency relationships, and enterprise advertiser buying decisions.
  • Success building positioning, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation that contributes to qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Ability to translate complex technology and commercial models into compelling customer value.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • Confidence partnering with senior Sales and executive leaders, challenging assumptions, and influencing decisions.
  • Strategic and hands-on builder mentality; comfortable prioritizing, testing, measuring, and executing with limited initial resources.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling B2B marketing at an AdTech company, DSP, measurement platform, or marketing infrastructure business.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise advertisers and holding companies and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ecosystem or partnership marketing involving Meta, Google, AppLovin’, TikTok, Snap, or other major platforms.
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other regulated verticals.
  • Experience developing category narratives that challenge established business models.

Responsibilities

  • Define TubeScience’s positioning, messaging, and differentiation across the advertising ecosystem.
  • Build a narrative around performance creative infrastructure, AI-enabled capabilities, and pay-for-performance economics; establish thought leadership on creative as a performance lever, partnership ads, and outcome-based advertising.
  • Own B2B marketing strategy, priorities, budget, and performance metrics.
  • Build integrated campaigns across paid and organic channels, content, email, events, partnerships, and account-based marketing.
  • Partner with Sales to define ideal customer profiles, target strategic accounts, and connect marketing investment to qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue.
  • Develop tailored marketing programs for healthcare, financial services, and other regulated categories.
  • Partner with leadership, technology, and operations teams on positioning, packaging, and launches for new offerings, platform partnerships, and commercial models.
  • Explain how proprietary technology, AI workflows, creative testing, and production infrastructure create measurable advertiser value; use market and customer insights to influence go-to-market priorities.
  • Turn customer performance data into case studies, proof points, and vertical-specific narratives.
  • Develop executive presentations, sales materials, proposals, and content for CMOs, growth leaders, media executives, agencies, and procurement teams.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to identify customer advocacy opportunities.
  • Build company visibility through events, executive thought leadership, PR, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with industry publications, analysts, advertising platforms, and relevant communities.
  • Establish the marketing function’s operating cadence, measurement framework, and scalable processes.
  • Remain hands-on and lead external agencies or contractors as appropriate; propose targeted hires and specialist support as demonstrated ROI and business needs justify investment.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to define a category and challenge traditional agency economics with a model built around advertiser performance.
  • Opportunity to build on differentiated creative infrastructure, technology, performance data, and customer results.
  • Work at the intersection of AI, creativity, and advertising, with direct influence on the company’s market narrative and growth priorities.
  • Genuine individual ownership and the opportunity to build a team deliberately as results justify it.
