Marketing Events Coordinator

MaintainX (An Autodesk Company)•Miami, FL
•$63,000 - $92,400

About The Position

The Marketing Events Coordinator sits within Events Marketing and helps build and run MaintainX’s field and events program. The program includes regional events, user meetups, brand activations, and the flagship client-facing conference. A team mentor will help the coordinator grow into taking ownership of larger parts of the program. The role involves hands-on execution across the events program, from smaller regional meetups to the flagship conference. The coordinator will plan events, manage attendee outreach and follow-up, own smaller events end-to-end, support the flagship conference, and use event performance data to improve future programs. The role partners with design, content, demand generation, Sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to create the full event experience. Within the first 6–12 months, the coordinator is expected to run smaller events independently and play a meaningful role in delivering the flagship conference. MaintainX is part of Autodesk’s Autodesk Operations Solutions. The company describes its mission as keeping the physical world running by providing tools for people who maintain factories, fleets, hospitals, and campuses. The company emphasizes output over hours logged, ownership, mentorship, honest communication, and a fast-moving environment.
