Marketing Events Coordinator

MaintainX (An Autodesk Company)•San Francisco, CA
•$69,000 - $102,000

About The Position

The Marketing Events Coordinator is part of MaintainX's Events Marketing team and helps build and run its field and events program. This includes regional events, user meetups, brand activations, and the flagship client-facing conference. The role offers mentorship and increasing ownership, with the expectation that within 6–12 months the coordinator will run smaller events independently and contribute meaningfully to the flagship conference. The coordinator plans and executes events, manages attendee lists and invitations, supports follow-up to generate pipeline, and owns smaller events end-to-end, including venue, vendor, and run-of-show coordination. The role also tracks event outcomes and collaborates with design, content, demand generation, Sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver effective event experiences. MaintainX is a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. It became part of Autodesk in August 2026 as part of Autodesk Operations Solutions. The company describes a fast-moving, collaborative culture that values output, honest conversations, ownership, mentorship, and a mission to help keep the physical world running.
