About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist with a proven track record of scaling brands through data-driven strategy, high-impact marketing and exceptional content execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving online revenue growth by owning the end-to-end digital customer journey from acquisition through to conversion and retention, while optimizing e-commerce platforms for user experience. You will lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, develop compelling, on-brand content that reflects Dermatology Philosophy’s credibility and elevated positioning, and leverage analytics to continuously refine strategy and performance. This is a highly cross-functional role suited for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about building a best-in-class digital and customer experience across a growing portfolio of brands. This role can be structured as either a full-time position or a consulting engagement, depending on experience and fit.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling an e-commerce brand, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness
  • Strong expertise with Shopify (required)
  • Demonstrated success managing paid media, email/SMS marketing, and CRO
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Canva, Figma, Webflow
  • Experience working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy
  • Scale revenue through data-driven initiatives across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Own and optimize the full online customer journey (landing → checkout → retention)
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront (UX/UI, site speed, product merchandising)
  • Implement and manage apps, integrations, and backend functionality
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through testing and iteration
  • Lead paid and organic marketing strategies across Meta, Google, email/SMS, SEO, and other relevant channels
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with brand positioning and drives engagement and conversion
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content across platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads)
  • Plan and manage content calendars, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external partners (photographers, creators, influencers) to produce compelling visual and written content
  • Ensure all content reflects Dermphi Shop's clinical credibility, luxury positioning, and customer-focused approach
  • Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels through strategic storytelling and content-driven campaigns
  • Track performance of both content and campaigns, using insights to continuously refine strategy
  • Instagram, Facebook, printing and creating advertisements
  • Track and report on key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, AOV)
  • Use data insights to continuously refine marketing and merchandising strategies
  • Develop dashboards and reporting cadence for leadership
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Enhance customer experience through personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Identify opportunities for product positioning, bundling, and upselling
