About The Position

This role involves overseeing product listings throughout their lifecycle, from launch to optimization, with a focus on improving visibility, accuracy, and conversion rates. The specialist will conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities also include managing customer complaints through support tickets, monitoring and reporting on marketing data, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and contributing to the optimization of Brand Store content on major online retailers like Amazon. The position also emphasizes adherence to safety and GMP requirements, promoting a culture of safety, and actively participating in the company's safety program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area, preferably business, marketing or communications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce.
  • Successful track record of selling to, promoting, marketing, and measuring sales data on Amazon.com or other ecommerce sites.
  • Good knowledge of Web technologies, protocols, and tools, including Content Management Platforms.
  • Expertise in Vendor Central, Seller Central, Supplier One, Retail Link or Target Partners Online.
  • Good understanding of communications and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in verbal and/or written form.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product listings from launch throughout their lifecycle, including launching new products and optimizing existing ones.
  • Optimize product listings for visibility, accuracy, and to increase glance view and conversion rate through keyword research, A/B testing, and data insights.
  • Conduct market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain case logs for ongoing customer complaints by working with the eCommerce team to create and manage support tickets.
  • Support the collection, monitoring, and reporting of marketing data points (e.g., traffic, customer engagement, merchandising performance, ROI).
  • Support compliance of NOW corporate brand standards in 1P and 3P markets.
  • Contribute to the upkeep and optimization of Brand Store content across key online retailers, including Amazon, focusing on item accuracy and shopper experience.
  • Comply with safety and GMP requirements.
  • Support a culture of safe production and operations; follow all safety rules and procedures.
  • Engage in safety training activities, report safety concerns, submit safety suggestions, and correct or report workplace health or safety hazards.
  • Assist with communicating safety information to new employees.
  • Fulfill responsibilities as outlined in the company safety management plan.
