About The Position

IHL is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience managing and optimizing digital storefronts, specifically for our brand, Republic Brand Group. We are looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven individual who is highly skilled in Shopify and has a strong background managing major department store marketplace accounts like Macy’s and Bloomingdale's within the fashion and apparel industry. About IHL: IHL Group is a New York City-Based, trend-driven company specializing in Women and Children’s apparel. IHL Group was established in 2007. Since it opened its doors, IHL Group has securely positioned itself as a recognized manufacturer and wholesaler with its North American and global presence across all major channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically working within the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify (including theme customization, apps, and inventory management).
  • Proven track record managing major department store marketplace portals (e.g., Macy’s, Bloomingdale's).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, web optimization techniques, and digital merchandising best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics to make strategic adjustments.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple platform requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily operations of the Republic Brand Group direct-to-consumer (DTC) website on Shopify, ensuring smooth functionality and accurate product listings.
  • Optimizing the website user experience (UX), site speed, and navigation to continuously improve conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Overseeing and expanding the brand's footprint on major fashion marketplace channels, including Macy’s and Bloomingdale's.
  • Uploading, updating, and managing product catalogs, descriptions, inventory, and pricing across Shopify and marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align digital storefront visuals with current seasonal campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitoring analytics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value.
