About The Position

G&A is seeking a senior, hands-on Marketing Director to shape and execute its marketing strategy across brand, content, campaigns, public relations, and thought leadership. Working directly with the Chief Creative Officer, the role will help define the firm’s voice, visibility, and influence and position its creative work clearly and distinctively. • Experience managing or developing junior team members.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution.
  • Confidence working directly with senior leadership.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Taste, judgment, and a healthy skepticism of buzzwords.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in architecture, design, cultural, or experience-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with awards programs, PR processes, and thought leadership platforms.

  • Evolve and protect the G&A brand across touch points, maintaining consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.
  • Lead the creation of case studies, thought leadership, campaign narratives, presentations, and digital content.
  • Work with internal creative teams to translate complex work into clear, engaging stories.
  • Identify and develop editorial angles about G&A’s work, people, and perspectives.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and web.

  • Support public relations initiatives, press outreach, and media relationships.
  • Manage awards submissions and industry recognition efforts.
  • Help position G&A leaders as visible, credible voices in the experience design and cultural sectors.
  • Partner with Business Development, Creative, and Leadership teams.
