About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler's corporate office in Downtown Seattle is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The Marketing Coordinator is a key support to the marketing team as well as a go-to marketing resource for our associates. This role will be responsible for helping in the execution of our vendor marketing plans, as well as processing billing, communicating with our location’s mall marketing teams, driving detailed event planning and execution for our brand and vendor partners, and delivering marketing updates to the larger company. This role will work closely with the Senior Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Coordinator. The right candidate is hardworking, has exemplary communication skills, and is highly detail oriented. Value is placed on marketing or event planning experience (at least 1 year). This is a great position for someone interested in growing their marketing career and learning first-hand the ins and outs of luxury retail advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • 1+ years experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar field
  • Professional and passionate about taking on new tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and follow through
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, along with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-driven but also a team player

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Coordinator in the execution of marketing plans, involving some communications and the order and delivery of creative assets (traditional and digital placements)
  • Process marketing invoices and co-op billing
  • Lead our office and store teams in event planning and execution. Events will range from smaller trunk shows to large, luxury events at offsite locations. This will require coordinating catering, florals, activations, etc.
  • Supply marketing assets to our mall marketing teams, as well as to our clienteling tool
  • Update the marketing database, as needed
  • Create and disseminate monthly Marketing Newsletters which update the company on all things marketing
  • Respond to store marketing requests or inquiries
  • Inventory management – help with the transfers of product into our location, as well as swag items
