About The Position

Golden Steer is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to be the operating engine behind marketing across all three of their businesses: their seasonings eCommerce line, Golden Steer Las Vegas, and Golden Steer New York. This role is responsible for turning marketing plans into executed work, owning the marketing calendar, executing email campaigns, coordinating creative for paid and organic channels, supporting restaurant marketing, and ensuring all marketing initiatives are on schedule across three brands simultaneously. This is a senior coordinator position for someone who has prior experience in this role and is ready for career advancement. The position reports to the Director of Organic Marketing and offers opportunities to work on exciting projects, contribute creatively, and influence day-to-day marketing strategies within a small team.

Requirements

  • Expert execution skills: Ability to get things done on time without constant supervision, break down ambiguous priorities into actionable steps, and close them out.
  • Excellent organization skills: Maintain clean and current calendars, trackers, and files, ensuring team visibility on status without direct requests.
  • Capable marketing judgment: Understand campaign strategy, interpret data, and form informed opinions.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing associate, or marketing operations role, preferably at a DTC brand, hospitality group, or agency serving them.
  • Experience running a calendar, executing campaigns, and managing important deadlines.
  • Ability to take ownership without constant guidance and figure out the path to achieve an outcome.
  • Comfort with marketing metrics such as AOV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, open and click rates, including pulling, formatting, and explaining them.
  • Ability to manage marketing efforts across different brands (eCommerce, Las Vegas restaurant, New York restaurant) simultaneously.
  • A genuine love of food and hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed for restaurants and launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own one marketing calendar across all three brands, covering promos, product launches, restaurant events, and seasonal peak moments, with owners, dates, and dependencies the whole team can trust.
  • Email execution for eCommerce & Steakhouse, including building one-off emails and planning sending schedules. Reporting on performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Creative operations: Write and route briefs, traffic assets into paid and organic channels, manage naming conventions in Motion and Meta Ads Manager, and work with the Content Coordinator to maintain a clean asset library.
  • Organic social coordination: Own the social calendar across brands, coordinate posts with creative partners, schedule and publish content, and maintain tight community response times.
  • Project-manage campaigns and launches from brief through go-live and post-mortem, including building timelines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, proactively flagging roadblocks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Paid media support: Maintain trafficking, tagging, and QA, pull weekly performance numbers, and flag issues needing attention.
  • Restaurant marketing for Las Vegas and New York: Manage local partnerships, reservations platforms, events, in-restaurant collateral, and support GM needs to drive covers.
  • PR and influencer logistics: Coordinate press requests, sample sends, hosted visits, and content collaborations.
  • Weekly reporting: Pull and format performance data consistently, and surface key insights for action.
  • Post-mortems: Close out every promotion by documenting spend, revenue, and lessons learned for future improvements.
