About The Position

Great Day Improvements is seeking a motivated, high-energy Marketing Content Coordinator to support its Content Center of Excellence. The Coordinator organizes approved digital content across company brands, keeping workflows quality-checked and on schedule. The role supports content requests, calendars, publishing, approvals, digital assets, and communication among brand and channel partners. It is an execution and workflow role, not a channel-strategy or primary content-creation position. The Coordinator develops working knowledge of each brand’s products, services, and approved claims to identify inaccuracies, anticipate content needs, and find opportunities for improvement. The position is based at Champion Window headquarters in Sharonville, Ohio, with a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include coordinating content from request intake through publication and closeout; maintaining calendars and project trackers; scheduling and publishing approved content; checking content before and after publication; organizing digital assets; maintaining operational records; and recommending workflow improvements. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated, direct-to-consumer provider of branded premium building products. Its brands include Patio Enclosures, Stanek, Apex Energy Solutions, and Hartshorn Custom Contracting. The company has more than 740 employees across 62 metropolitan markets in the United States.

  • Basic understanding of digital publishing and SEO concepts.
  • Willingness to learn each brand’s products, services, customer experience, and approved messaging as part of ongoing quality assurance.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a hybrid or remote work environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Perform pre- and post-publication quality checks covering spelling, grammar, formatting, links, calls to action, imagery, promotional details, product and service descriptions, brand terminology, and claims against approved source materials.
  • Use knowledge of brand products, services, differentiators, and approved messaging to spot questionable content, recommend corrections, and escalate unverified claims or compliance concerns.
  • Upload, tag, categorize, and organize approved photography, video, graphics, and other files in the enterprise digital asset management system, maintaining naming accuracy, version control, and searchability.
