About The Position

Chariot is hiring a senior, hands-on individual contributor to own its content marketing strategy and execution. The role will build and grow Chariot’s content engine in fields where education is needed, including donor-advised fund (DAF) fundraising, gift processing, and DAF management. The goal is to improve the quality and reach of published content and increase audience engagement, using education to build trust in the brand. The role will create content programs and assets that largely do not yet exist, including a blog, case studies, guides, reports, a newsletter, and social media content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. The position will collaborate with the Head of Strategy on the annual DAF Fundraising Report and work alongside the growth lead and PR/events lead, who handle distribution, conferences, and press. Design templates and video editing support are available. The content marketer will maintain a consistent voice across Chariot, DAFpay, and DAF Day, and use measurement and experimentation to refine content.

  • Experience with B2B writing and technical or niche subject matter.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to make jargon-heavy topics clear and engaging.

  • Experience scripting or storyboarding videos.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on distribution and outcomes, not only the content asset itself.
