About The Position

Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to manage the company’s brand and communications program. This role is responsible for applying brand strategy and messaging direction by producing marketing materials, updating websites, drafting communications, running social media, and executing corporate and property events. This is a hands-on execution role focused on consistency and follow-through, ensuring all communications reflect brand standards and are delivered on time. The Manager will collaborate with leasing, property management, development, and executive leadership, escalating strategic or sensitive issues. The position is based in Seattle, Chicago, or Denver and is an in-person role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce polished marketing materials start to finish.
  • Working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva at a professional level.
  • Experience maintaining a website through a CMS such as WordPress or Webflow, and coordinating with outside developers.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to draft a press release, a property flyer, and an executive email with equal comfort.
  • Experience planning and executing events, including on-site logistics.
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to manage many concurrent projects and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating within established standards and escalating decisions rather than setting direction independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate, construction, property management, or another multi-stakeholder business experience.
  • Social media management, email marketing platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Apply established brand standards (logo, typography, color, photography, voice) across all materials.
  • Maintain the template library, brand asset files, and digital asset library.
  • Produce corporate and marketing collateral, including flyers, one-pagers, presentations, signage, and merchandise.
  • Review materials from other departments or vendors for brand consistency and flag exceptions.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and drone shoots, and maintain the asset library.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from leasing, property management, development, and HR, providing status updates.
  • Route requests that cross functional lines or require decisions on priority or budget to leadership.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure commitments are met.
  • Draft press releases, announcements, award submissions, executive bios, and internal communications for leadership review.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine media inquiries, logging requests and routing them to leadership.
  • Maintain media lists, distribution lists, and a record of published coverage.
  • Support crisis communications by preparing materials and coordinating distribution under leadership direction.
  • Partner with HR on employee-facing communications and internal newsletters.
  • Maintain the corporate website: update content, listings, team pages, news, and case studies.
  • Maintain individual property websites, including tenant directories, hours, leasing contacts, site plans, and construction or opening notices.
  • Coordinate with the outside web developer or platform vendor on scope, timelines, and issue resolution; escalate cost or scope changes.
  • Manage day-to-day corporate social media: build content calendar, draft and schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Maintain local search presence for each property, including business profiles and mapping data, and flag review or reputation issues.
  • Report on website and social analytics on a regular schedule.
  • Execute corporate and property events, including groundbreakings, grand openings, trade shows, community events, and the annual employee conference.
  • Handle event logistics: venue, vendors, permits, certificates of insurance, signage, giveaways, staffing, setup, and teardown.
  • Prepare event budgets for approval and track actual spend.
  • Capture and report on event attendance, participation, and engagement results.
  • Track marketing spend against the approved budget and provide variance detail.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships — designers, printers, photographers, event vendors — within approved scope.
  • Work as a responsive partner to internal teams, communicating progress and commitments clearly.
  • Document repeatable processes as written procedures to ensure marketing output consistency.
