About the position

The Marketing Campaign Manager will join a fast-paced, deadline-driven team and be responsible for building and delivering multi-variant marketing communications across various channels. This role requires strong collaboration, project management skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. Attention to detail and experience working with stakeholders in regulated environments are essential. The role offers an opportunity to work with leading Financial Services brands in a sociable and high-performing team. The Marketing Campaign Manager will support the development and implementation of activity plans, manage marketing targets and budgets, and ensure the creative integration of ATL, BTL, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of aggregate marketing targets and plans, including creative, media, channel, budgets and measurement
  • Timely forecasting and reporting of performance through all stages of the funnel
  • Support the development of marketing activity, liaising with colleagues in wider Marketing CoE, Product and Channel teams to ensure all activity is aligned to agreed plans
  • Support the development of briefs/ briefings including creative, targeting, media and production
  • Develop and build new connected customer needs-based journeys for customers and prospects that are highly segmented, relevant and orchestrate multiple touchpoints, ensuring creative integration of ATL, BTL and Digital communications where relevant
  • Oversight and approval of all creative assets, media and targeting plans
  • Ensure our communications are consistently challenging the norm and pushing the boundaries creatively

  • Requirements

    • Highly collaborative and able to work well within a team
    • Skilled at running projects efficiently from end to end
    • Experience delivering end to end campaigns
    • Attention to detail and experience working with and managing high numbers of stakeholders within regulated environments
    • Experience in client-side or agency roles in the financial services industry
    • Experience working within a medium to large corporate business
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a busy environment
    • Knowledge and experience in developing and delivering multi-variant marketing comms across various channels
    • Ability to manage aggregate marketing targets and plans, including creative, media, channel, budgets, and measurement
