About the position
The Marketing Campaign Manager will join a fast-paced, deadline-driven team and be responsible for building and delivering multi-variant marketing communications across various channels. This role requires strong collaboration, project management skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. Attention to detail and experience working with stakeholders in regulated environments are essential. The role offers an opportunity to work with leading Financial Services brands in a sociable and high-performing team. The Marketing Campaign Manager will support the development and implementation of activity plans, manage marketing targets and budgets, and ensure the creative integration of ATL, BTL, and digital communications.

Requirements
- Highly collaborative and able to work well within a team
- Skilled at running projects efficiently from end to end
- Experience delivering end to end campaigns
- Attention to detail and experience working with and managing high numbers of stakeholders within regulated environments
- Experience in client-side or agency roles in the financial services industry
- Experience working within a medium to large corporate business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a busy environment
- Knowledge and experience in developing and delivering multi-variant marketing comms across various channels
- Ability to manage aggregate marketing targets and plans, including creative, media, channel, budgets, and measurement
- Forecasting and reporting of performance through all stages of the funnel
- Ability to develop briefs and creative assets for marketing activity
- Ability to develop and build customer journeys that are highly segmented and relevant
- Oversight and approval of creative assets, media, and targeting plans
- Ability to challenge the norm and push boundaries creatively
- Knowledge and experience in direct digital marketing comms across multiple touchpoints and customer segments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work collaboratively
- Strong juggling and prioritization skills
