As we continue to grow across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas, we're looking for a Marketing, Brand & Growth Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive the next phase of our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader who enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Operations, Clinic Managers, Regional Directors, and our support office teams to strengthen our brand, increase patient acquisition, and support the success of every Anytime Dental Group clinic. About the Role As the Marketing, Brand & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Anytime Dental Group. You'll oversee both enterprise-wide brand initiatives and localized marketing efforts that help our clinics thrive in their communities. Working collaboratively across the organization, you'll ensure a consistent patient experience while identifying new opportunities to grow awareness, increase patient acquisition, and strengthen community relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, retail, franchise, or multi-location organizations.
Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, reputation management, CRM/email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations across Southern Ontario.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Champion the Anytime Dental Group brand by ensuring consistency across all clinics, marketing materials, and patient touchpoints.
Partner with Regional Directors, Clinic Managers, and Operations to create customized local marketing plans that support individual clinic goals.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, online reputation management, and patient acquisition campaigns.
Develop and execute community outreach programs, partnerships, sponsorships, and referral initiatives that strengthen local brand awareness.
Support new clinic openings, acquisitions, provider launches, and service line promotions with comprehensive marketing plans.
Create annual marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Monitor marketing performance through key metrics, analytics, and ROI reporting, using data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, creative partners, photographers, videographers, printers, and other vendors.
Support clinics with marketing coaching, resources, and best practices to ensure successful local execution.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive activity, and patient engagement strategies within healthcare and dental marketing.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Recruitment, Business Development, People & Culture, and Leadership to support organizational initiatives.
