Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot and hands-on knowledge of marketing automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with B2B advertising and demand generation platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is important.
  • Experience creating marketing content and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and other business areas.
  • Soft skills: innovation, autonomy, collaboration, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
  • The candidates must be authorized and eligible to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in SaaS, HR SaaS, or similar technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools is a plus (Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach, or similar).
  • Experience with Power BI, audience engagement tools such as Seros, and design platforms like Canva or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Create and write compelling marketing content for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other digital channels.
  • Build and execute email marketing and demand generation strategies using marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with business and product marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, messaging, and market research initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage trade shows, events, and related marketing activities.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Support innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives and automation projects.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with regional and global stakeholders.
