National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM) is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and business growth across the company’s priority markets and practice areas. The Marketing Manager will own campaign strategy and execution end-to-end — translating go-to-market priorities into actionable campaigns across channels, audiences, and geographies. This role will develop and manage the campaign calendar, define messaging priorities, oversee execution, and ensure marketing initiatives align with growth objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: someone equally comfortable shaping campaign direction, building workflows in HubSpot, analyzing performance data, managing vendors, and driving day-to-day execution with internal team members. This is a highly visible role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, creates structure, and enjoys turning ideas into scalable marketing programs.
