About The Position

Prokeep is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for its SMB segment to drive new-logo pipeline generation. This role is a hands-on position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. The Demand Generation Manager will build and execute campaigns across email, outbound SDR, and events, collaborating closely with Content Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps. The ideal candidate will have B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience, strong writing and data analysis skills, and enjoy working closely with sales teams. Experience in wholesale distribution or construction is a plus. The goal is to create a consistent and dependable engine for SMB pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focused on demand generation or growth marketing.
  • A track record of running campaigns that generate new-logo pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and plays in HubSpot.
  • Experience running high-volume outbound or signal-based orchestration plays (for example, Unify or RollWorks).
  • Experience using AI to build target lists or to generate campaigns or projects.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable in dashboards, testing ideas, and presenting data-driven decisions.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to take campaign copy to at least 80% ready.
  • Strong project management: organized, detail-oriented, and reliable on follow-through.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, and you enjoy it.

  • Unify experience is a plus.
  • Experience in wholesale distribution or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the SMB Marketing Playbook: a measurable plan across email, outbound SDR, and events that is tied to SMB pipeline goals.
  • Stand up a full account-based marketing (ABM) motion for SMB, using proven best practices and new ideas.
  • Build and run plays in HubSpot and Unify, including workflows, sequences, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Use AI to identify the contacts and companies most ready for a sales call or a campaign message.
  • Write and refine campaign copy for SDR plays, marketing emails, and outbound sequences.
  • Work with the SDR Manager every day on lead flow and hand-off volume, and build their feedback into the next campaign.
  • Use performance data and A/B testing to decide what to scale, pause, or stop.
  • Partner with Content Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to get the content, data, and routing each campaign needs.
  • Manage the SMB campaign calendar and keep every campaign on schedule.
  • Report weekly on pipeline generated by channel and campaign, and flag what is working.
