Demand Generation Marketing Manager

CollibraNew York, NY
$140,000 - $175,000Hybrid

About The Position

Joining Collibra’s Growth Marketing team. Collibra is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join Deasy Labs, our internal AI-native incubator brand. Reporting to the Deasy Labs business unit, you will be the foundational growth marketer for this venture, operating with the agility of a startup while leveraging the powerhouse infrastructure of Collibra. The Growth Marketing Manager at Collibra is responsible for the tactical execution of the go-to-market engine. You will act as the bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution, crafting campaigns that connect target personas to Deasy’s products while ensuring every marketing dollar is optimized for ROI. This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team. About Deasy Labs: Deasy Labs, part of Collibra, develops technology that automatically discovers, enriches, and maintains the semantic context inside unstructured data. Enterprise knowledge often lives in documents, PDFs, reports, and transcripts that traditional data systems cannot easily organize or govern. The Deasy platform analyzes that content and generates structured metadata, taxonomies, and relationships that allow AI systems to retrieve the right information with accuracy and control.

Requirements

  • 5–7 Years of Growth Experience: Proven track record of building demand in tech environments, specifically targeting technical or AI-native personas.
  • Category Creation Experience: Track record of launching first-to-market products and building narratives that define a new category.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to manage "Shared Services" models—knowing how to write a brief that gets results while remaining "hands-on" with campaign setup and event logistics.
  • Data Fluency: Strong ability to synthesize data from various marketing collateral (case studies, digital ads, etc.) to determine what resonates with the audience.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing campaign budgets, tracking ROI, and providing accurate financial inputs for reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at building positive relationships across Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • A self-starter: proven ability to see the big picture, assess the situation, identify issues, develop a plan, and execute the vision with measurable results - all without being told how to get from point A to point B.
  • A zero-to-one growth operator: has built demand engines from scratch, including in markets without established search volume, comparison sites, or buyer education.
  • A marketing wiz: knowledgeable on the latest and greatest methods to build demand among AI purchasing personas to quickly convince and convert.
  • An analytical thinker: roll-up your sleeves and dive into the data is a personal mantra as you look to the pipeline and uncover ways to produce across volume and velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Orchestration: Partner with Performance Marketing and Shared Services to scale initiatives. You define target technical personas and goals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure "no-overlap" between Collibra and Deasy ad auctions.
  • Campaign Management: Work with Product and Marketing stakeholders to document and execute campaigns that drive the user journey experience. You will adapt these campaigns across diverse channels to ensure pipeline conversion with target audiences.
  • Web & SEO Strategy: Act as the "Internal Client" for the Web and SEO teams. Define keyword universes for AI-native builders and buyers — including terms and concepts the market is still learning to search for —and provide conversion-centric briefs for the web presence, ensuring alignment with overarching domain authority.
  • End-to-End Event Execution: Own event programs from start to finish. This includes identifying high-impact AI conferences, managing booth logistics, on-site lead capture, and coordinating post-event follow-up to build community presence.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Define user pathing and conversion milestones. You will process resulting leads in a timely manner and partner with Marketing Ops to implement nurture frameworks into the tech stack.
  • Performance Tracking & Budgeting: Gathers and analyzes data on the effectiveness of programs. You will manage the targets and ROI for defined initiatives, tracking expenses, flagging variances, and making active recommendations to optimize spend and pipeline conversion.
