About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a part-time Marketing Admin for a temporary position ending after the 2027 Electrical Network Systems Conference (ENSC) in April 2027. The position supports engineering and marketing efforts and coordinates logistics for the conference. The rate is $20.94 per hour, with hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Be a junior- or senior-level college student pursuing a business-related degree.
• Have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Applicants must be within a 50-mile radius of the work location, except active-duty military service member candidates, who are exempt from the geographical limitation.
• Eaton will not provide employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, or the listed visa and immigration pathways.

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing with product documentation and customer support for Network Protectors, Medium Voltage Switchgear, and Communications brands.
• Support prototype builds and verification testing for new product development.
• Help organize ENSC training materials, including CM52 certification and troubleshooting workshops.
• Collaborate with Eaton’s ENSC event planner and external planning partners.
• Coordinate logistics for product training sessions, vendor exhibits, and roundtable discussions.
• Assist with attendee communications, registration tracking, and promotional materials.
• Support on-site activities, including vault tours, technical presentations, and networking events.
