Marketing Acceleration Manager

Mars•Franklin, TN

About The Position

The Marketing Acceleration Manager works across the Marketing organization and partners with senior leaders to turn strategic priorities into action and sustain momentum on important initiatives. The role provides coordination, planning, communication, and organizational leadership to align teams, clarify decisions, surface risks, and drive accountability. It supports how the Marketing organization operates and delivers business impact rather than owning a single Marketing area. Working across strategy, operations, capability acceleration, and organizational effectiveness, the position supports leaders in maximizing team impact. It coordinates planning cycles and leadership forums, orchestrates the Marketing capability agenda, and leads organization-wide engagement moments to help Marketing work with greater focus, connection, alignment, and effectiveness. Mars describes a purpose-driven workplace guided by its Five Principles, with diverse Associates, learning and development support from day one through Mars University, exposure to senior Marketing priorities, and an industry-competitive salary and benefits package that includes a company bonus.
