About The Position

In the role of Market Strategy & Innovation Manager (m/w/d), you act as a strategic interface between Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product Development. You develop future-oriented market strategies and initiatives based on sound analyses and implement them skillfully. You understand economic contexts and their influence on market strategy. You actively incorporate customer feedback and market requirements into the product roadmap and accompany the implementation. You analyze data, market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify business opportunities as well as chances and risks. You manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure growth and differentiation. You create well-founded market and competitor analyses as a basis for decisions for management and product teams. You generate and promote creative ideas and manage the implementation of new concepts. You work with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams and create business cases for our Go-to-Market initiatives. Together with the teams, you develop Go-to-Market plans and pricing strategies for new products and solutions. You create and manage sales support content such as product descriptions and sales pitches, ensuring their continuous maintenance and up-to-dateness. You make data-driven decisions and react to market changes and new requirements. You use KPIs and analyses to measure the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives and to continuously optimize them.

Requirements

  • Ideally possess a Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in market and competitor analyses, as well as in supporting sales cycles – ideally in the IT environment.
  • Basic understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to present complex issues understandably and convincingly.
  • Proficient in MS Office - especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to personally support customers.
