About The Position

Zurich’s Underwriting Training Program offers hands-on training and expert guidance to develop skills for assessing complex risks for large and multinational organizations. Trainees learn to negotiate coverage, evaluate exposures, and determine pricing and terms while building underwriting expertise and confidence. The position is based in San Diego and is listed as having a hybrid schedule. The role is intended for candidates pursuing a business-related bachelor’s degree who are on track to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027.

Requirements

• Pursuing a business-related bachelor’s degree and on track to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027.
• Strong analytical and intercommunication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities, often under tight deadlines.
