About The Position

The Market Attendant welcomes guests and helps create a friendly, inviting atmosphere while providing customer service and assisting with guest inquiries. The role handles cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company procedures, maintains a clean and organized cashier station and lobby, and works with other departments to support a seamless guest experience. The attendant also recommends nearby attractions, dining options, and activities, proactively addresses guest concerns, and upholds hotel brand standards and a positive team culture.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
High energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
