About The Position

One of the initial points of contact in preparation for Manufacturing. This role will employ care and organizational skill to continue to make Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. the most valued provider of permanent home cabinets designed for a lifetime of gracious living. The incumbent in this position supports the activities and responsibilities of the Rough Mill department.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work process procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with other employees.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, prioritizing, and time management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete those tasks in a timely manner
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1yr of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Runs a ripsaw, which cuts wood up determining what you can and can’t save.
• Marks salvageable wood with a crayon.
• Stack wood onto roller bed
• Feeds wood pieces to the chop saw machine.
• Inputs sizes of wood into chop saw computer
