About The Position

The Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a client brand ambassador and providing proactive, timely communication on search status. The role provides talent acquisition expertise and consultative direction to hiring leaders. It is a Limited Term Employee (LTE) position, offered on a basis that is not eligible for bonuses or benefits. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite in the El Paso office and two days working virtually, Monday through Friday. Experience recruiting in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, as indicated by the job title.

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing or medical device environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
