About The Position

Reich Installation Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual HR Recruiter to join its team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring general labor employees for multiple job sites across the United States. The recruiter also assists the HR Generalist with administrative tasks and daily HR operations. The position is full-time and onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience is required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information.
• Ability to work onsite in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

• ADP experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit general labor candidates through job boards, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and clearly communicate job details, requirements, compensation, schedules, and work locations.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking applicants and employee referrals throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers using ADP and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Assist the HR Generalist with additional HR administrative tasks as needed.
