About The Position

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for recruiting activities within a facility and ensuring partner operations are fully staffed. The role involves developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan, advertising open positions, organizing and attending job fairs and local community recruiting events, and conducting candidate interviews. The recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, builds a candidate pipeline, and manages candidates through offers and onboarding. The position is located in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.
Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
