About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment at a manufacturing facility. Officers monitor the premises and patrol assigned locations, observe and report activities and incidents, preserve order, and enforce client-site regulations and directives relating to personnel, visitors, and the site. The role also involves providing customer service and information to client employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. Candidates with retail, food service, hospitality, security, or customer service experience may be a good fit.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
• Driver certification is required.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to complete patrols.
• Must have strong technology skills, including cell phone and computer use.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
• Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned client site.

• Actively monitor the premises and patrol a variety of locations.
• Preserve order and enforce client-site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.

• Hiring bonus: $100 after completion of training and $400 after six months, subject to remaining active and in good standing at each payout point.
