About The Position

Ingram Content Group is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to join its Operations team in Roseburg, Oregon. The role supports efficient production at a distribution and warehouse facility, operating production equipment to meet shift volume, safety, and quality standards. Safety and process improvement are emphasized in the manufacturing environment.

The position pays $17.50 per hour. The schedule is to be determined. Associates may be required to work overtime, including time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends. The work takes place in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of continuous work experience.
• Detail orientation, good verbal communication skills, and a customer-satisfaction orientation.
• Dependable attendance.
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds in the full range of motion: 30 pounds or less continuously, 31–50 pounds frequently, and 51–70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to push or pull in a warehouse environment, with push force up to 70 pounds: 1–50 pounds continuously and 51–70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to grip and grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to bend, squat or kneel, twist or turn, climb, crawl, reach above the shoulder, and type or keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
• Ability to work the designated shift and overtime as required, potentially including time before or after the shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including black-and-white printers, binders, and cutters, to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards described in the LSI operating manual.
• Re-supply raw materials in a timely manner while operating production equipment.
• Notify the lead operator and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.
