About The Position

Ingram Content Group is hiring a Manufacturing Associate (identified in the posting as a Machine Operator) for its Operations team in Roseburg, Oregon. The role operates production equipment in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment to meet production volume, safety, and quality standards. The Operations team supports efficient distribution center and warehouse operations, with an emphasis on safety, process improvement, and customer service.

The position pays $17.50 per hour. The schedule is listed as to be determined. The role requires working the designated shift, with overtime as needed, potentially before or after the shift and/or on weekends.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of continuous work experience.
• Detail orientation, good verbal communication skills, and a strong customer satisfaction orientation.
• Dependable attendance.
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds through the full range of motion: 30 pounds or less continuously, 31–50 pounds frequently, and 51–70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to push or pull in a warehouse environment with push force up to 70 pounds: 1–50 pounds continuously and 51–70 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to grip and grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to bend, squat or kneel, twist or turn, climb, crawl, reach above the shoulder, and type or use a keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
• Ability to work the designated shift and overtime as required, which may include time before or after the shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including black-and-white printers, binders, and cutters, to meet production volume and safety and quality standards in the LSI operating manual.
• Replenish raw materials in a timely manner while operating production equipment.
• Notify the lead operator and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.
