About The Position

Marvin Composites in Fargo, North Dakota is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a rotating day shift in a clean, modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility. Associates remove finished fiberglass parts from the production line, inspect them for quality, and prepare them for the next step. The parts are used in fiberglass frames for Marvin windows and doors. Training is provided, and the role offers self-paced skills development and cross-training opportunities. The work is repetitive and fast-paced, so consistency and attention to detail are important. The schedule is a 12-hour rotating day shift from 6:30 AM to 6:45 PM. In week one, associates work Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (36 hours); in week two, they work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (48 hours). This means working seven days out of every 14, with a three-day weekend every other week. Base pay is $20.75 per hour; stated pay potential including weekend premium and overtime is $23.64 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret specifications.
General computer proficiency for production tracking and reporting.
Ability to stand and work for a 12-hour shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 to 50 pounds.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Follow manufacturing orders and visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Use measuring tools to check part accuracy.
Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately.
Support training new team members as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
