About The Position

We are looking for dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our production team at our Ramsey, NJ facility. This is a hands-on position for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are interested in learning modern window and door manufacturing.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with measurements and basic math
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to safely lift and handle manufacturing materials
• Willing to learn multiple production stations

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, or window/door experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble uPVC windows and doors
• Cut, prepare, reinforce, weld, clean, and assemble components
• Install hardware, gaskets, glass, and other components
• Operate production machinery and hand/power tools after training
• Read production sheets, measurements, and manufacturing instructions
• Verify dimensions and perform quality-control checks
• Identify and report production or quality issues
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow company production and safety procedures
• Work with the production team to meet quality and scheduling goals
