About The Position

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is hiring a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations. The role is responsible for ensuring guests receive fresh food and exceptional service, while running the restaurant and maintaining its culture and core values. The Managing Partner leads the management team and restaurant staff; manages hiring, performance, operations, budgets, costs, food safety, cleanliness, and local marketing; and develops employees and managers. The position also partners with store vendors and support-center contacts and attends regional meetings.

Responsibilities

Enforce employment policies with assistance from the management team.
Direct the management team, set weekly management schedules, and assign Restaurant Managers areas of responsibility.
Manage the management team's performance through weekly directionals, evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
Review applications, interview candidates, and hire management and hourly employees.
Manage weekly and monthly profit-and-loss statements.
Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets.
Oversee and control food and labor costs.
Plan sales and labor.
Verify daily Taste & Temp.
Verify that audit and sanitation feedback scores and training standards are maintained.
Plan an annual staff party and fun outings.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Maintain employee and guest safety and a safe, healthy work environment for staff and managers.
Oversee local store marketing activities.
Develop key employees and managers, including training them in employment policies and practices.
Understand and practice safe food-handling procedures.
Partner with store vendors and support-center contacts.
Attend weekly and quarterly regional meetings.
Maintain the restaurant's culture and practice its core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.
