About The Position

RSM is seeking a Managing Director for its Financial Due Diligence team within the Transaction Advisory Services practice. The role works with the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory practice, serving corporate and private equity clients across M&A readiness, diligence, transaction integration, and execution.
