Supervisor, Financial Due Diligence
About The Position
As a Financial Due Diligence Supervisor at RSM, you will perform financial due diligence for clients involved in business acquisitions and divestitures. You will prepare detailed financial analyses, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with various practice areas. The role requires confidence in client interactions and includes overseeing multiple diligence workstreams, reviewing analyses, supporting the synthesis of findings, and coordinating team execution and timelines. Most roles at RSM follow a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when it best supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site based on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs. The role may require up to 10–15% local and national travel.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to travel up to 10–15% locally and nationally.
- Confidence in client interactions.
