About The Position

The manager is expected to handle multiple personalities and projects, solve problems quickly, stay calm under pressure, and build positive connections with customers and the team. The position offers a base salary of $55,000 and potential quarterly bonuses. The company reports that Stand Managers averaged $78,000 in 2024, with earnings up to $110,000.
