About The Position

The Manager of Consumer Banking Branch Management oversees the overall performance, leadership, and operational integrity of a branch. The role directs day-to-day operations, ensures regulatory compliance and effective risk management, and maintains strong operational controls. The Manager leads, develops, and coaches branch teammates to achieve sales, service, and community engagement goals; drives branch growth and client relationships; and implements enterprise strategies at the branch level. The position is accountable for branch revenue, sales, customer satisfaction, operating losses, and compliance with bank policies and procedures. It also involves managing promotional campaigns and product initiatives, conducting cold calls to prospective small-business customers, developing existing customer relationships, creating and managing the branch business plan, and representing the bank in local community organizations. Other duties may be assigned.

The role supervises professional-level employees, typically at entry or experienced levels, and may supervise support employees. It sets team goals and objectives, and ensures that policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.

The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 30 pounds. Travel may be required, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required if applicable. NMLS registration may be required.

The salary range is $62,100 to $105,600 USD. Compensation depends on factors including education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonuses, or other variable compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Typically requires 4 or more years of prior leadership experience and practical knowledge of managing and leading within a job area.
• Advanced knowledge and skills within the assigned discipline, typically gained through work experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds.
• May require travel; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required if applicable.
• May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration.
