About The Position

The Manager, Website Project Delivery leads the planning, coordination, and launch of website projects across Sallie.com, including new features and page experiences, platform improvements, and cross-team initiatives. The role translates business objectives into clear project plans and owns delivery from kickoff through launch, ensuring high-quality user experiences for students and families. This execution-focused role operates at the intersection of business goals, user experience, and technical delivery. It helps maintain the Sallie.com delivery roadmap, coordinates teams and platforms, and drives execution in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. The position also serves as the delivery expert for the Sallie.com website, building a deep understanding of its architecture, data flows, stakeholders, and users. The role has a broad scope across Sallie.com website delivery.

Requirements

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver complex products in agile environments.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of data architecture, analytics, and system integration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Experience working with risk, compliance, and legal teams in regulated environments.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and drive results with limited resources.
Experience with marketing operations platforms such as HubSpot, Mendix, or similar tools.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Five years of experience in marketing operations or product delivery, ideally in edtech, fintech, or digital platforms.
Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and modern data stacks.
Knowledge of event tagging and tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
Understanding of web experimentation or digital marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leads to define and maintain a website delivery roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Plan and manage website projects from intake and kickoff through launch, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Coordinate development, design, quality assurance, data, content, and marketing teams to support timely, high-quality delivery.
Lead initiatives connecting consumer-facing experiences with authenticated experiences across multiple platforms.
Develop a deep understanding of the Sallie.com platform architecture, data flows, stakeholders, and users.
Liaise with risk and compliance partners to ensure alignment, vetting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Use analytics and insights to measure project outcomes and inform website decisions.
Partner with data science and analytics teams to define use cases, shape data models, and deliver solutions.
Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders; lead discovery sessions, manage competing priorities, and communicate trade-offs.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system scalability and reliability.
