Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Skilled in D365 A/P and Cash Management Modules
Ability to work with and understand BAI2
6-8 years of experience in treasury and accounts payable functions
Skilled in Excel
Skilled in financial reporting and analysis

Nice To Haves

Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA
8-10 years of experience in corporate accounting
5 years of experience in treasury in multiple jurisdictions
1-2 years of experience managing people

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
Day-to-day liquidity management
Develop, maintain, and enforce company policies and controls related to cash collection and disbursement
Maintain banking relationships to maximize services and minimize costs
Maintain data in D365 Banking
Point of contact for all treasury-related matters
Prepare timely reconciliations for all Cash, and Insurance ledger accounts
Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance and support strategic decision-making
SOX compliance and testing
Manage insurance processes
Work with internal and external auditors
Store banking needs
Manage company credit card program
Leadership and Management of a minimum of 2 Direct Reports
