•$150,000 - $160,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Good Inside is hiring a Manager, Studio and Production to build and lead its in-house video and audio production function across YouTube, podcasts, livestreams, app content, partner advertising, and social. The role will transition production from a freelance model to an in-house studio, establishing the team, studio, workflows, vendor relationships, and systems needed to support the company’s growing content ambitions. This leader will set the production vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and creative standards; own the studio and production budget; and partner with editorial, social, partnerships, product, and other teams to shape content and its delivery. The position combines team leadership and operational ownership with hands-on production: shooting on filming days, editing between shoots, and overseeing projects from pre-production through final delivery. The role also oversees livestreams and partner and sponsor advertising, and collaborates with the Executive Producer and Content & Events Operations Manager on podcasts, livestreams, and event shoots. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in Good Inside’s Midtown Manhattan office.

  • Experience hiring and developing people.
  • A strong network of freelancers and vendors.
  • Ability to work three days per week in Good Inside’s Midtown Manhattan office.
  • Steady, patient, and professional on-set conduct with talent, including a founder who is the face of the brand.

  • Partner with editorial, social, partnerships, and product leaders on the content roadmap; shape what is produced and how it is made, and contribute original concepts and formats.

  • Oversee productions from pre-production through final delivery, including solo shoots and multi-crew days.
