About The Position

Mid Coast Hospital is seeking a Manager - Security Services. The role contributes to and translates site and regional security strategy into tailored approaches that deliver a comprehensive physical security program for the assigned hospital and associated campuses. The manager ensures the program aligns with system policies, standards, and procedures while supporting effective site-based integration and stakeholders, and delivering security in accordance with service level agreements. The position consists of 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Five years of experience in law enforcement, private-sector security, or the military.
• At least three years of supervisory and management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, CHPA, or IAHSS are valued.
• Certifications in security-related training curricula such as CPI, MOAB, or ALICE are valued.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and translate site and regional security strategy into tailored approaches for the assigned hospital and associated campuses.
• Deliver all facets of a comprehensive physical security program.
• Ensure the security program operates in alignment with system policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support effective site-based integration and site-based stakeholders.
• Deliver security in accordance with service level agreements.
