•$104,800 - $176,400•Remote

About The Position

As Manager, Sales Recruiting (Americas), you will lead recruiting for Sales across the Americas, partnering with regional Sales leaders to hire quota-carrying and go-to-market talent that supports GitLab’s revenue growth. You will develop a team of recruiters, create hiring strategies for different Sales functions and segments, and establish repeatable processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience. The role also stays hands-on with recruiting for senior and specialized Sales roles as needed. The Sales Recruiting team is globally distributed, remote-first, and asynchronous. It focuses on clear processes, honest candidate conversations, data-grounded hiring decisions, transparency, ownership, and shared learning while maintaining a high bar for hiring quality and candidate experience. GitLab expects team members to incorporate AI into their daily workflows as a productivity multiplier. All GitLab roles are remote, though some may have location-based eligibility requirements.
