Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 SDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage the infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales tools, and processes, to support the SDR team's activities and ensure efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure the team is meeting its goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and maximize results.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to refine targeting and messaging, contributing to higher lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between SDRs and other departments.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
