About The Position

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered sales software—and pipeline is our lifeblood. As an AI Native company building software for sales teams, our credibility starts with our own go-to-market execution. This role is critical in shaping how we apply AI to prospecting, engagement, and pipeline generation—serving as both a growth engine and a proving ground for our product. You won’t just lead an SDR team—you’ll help define what modern, AI-powered sales development looks like. We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented SDR leader to scale our Global and Enterprise pipeline engine. This role requires a rare blend: someone who can architect a modern, AI-first outbound SDR strategy while staying deeply involved in to day-to-day execution. You’ll lead a team of SDRs driving highly targeted, insight-led engagement into complex Enterprise and Global accounts. The successful candidate will be a natural coach, giving timely development and feedback enabling their team to ramp quickly. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure our go-to-market motion reflects how modern buyers evaluate and adopt AI-driven sales technology.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of additional previous sales experience

  • Familiarity with tools such as SalesForce, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator.

  • You have excellent team and cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence
  • You value diversity and work proactively to bring a variety of perspectives and backgrounds to the team

Responsibilities

  • Running the day-to-day activities of a Sales Development team and maintaining Outreach processes
  • Coaching a team of SDRs to optimum performance
  • Achieving team-based quotas
  • Identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring sales talent and continually “raising the bar” with each new hire
  • Co-designing and co-presenting training curriculum
  • Organizing and deploying team resources in accordance with department and company strategies
  • Maximizing workflow within the department
  • Mentoring your team members to create clear paths toward their own career goals
  • Identifying problems and proactively creating comprehensive plans of action to present to senior management
  • Collaborating with the Account Executive department to ensure a smooth hand-off of new opportunities, and reviewing the quality of sales opportunities on a regular basis
  • Creating sales development resources including, but not limited to, call scripts and prospecting emails to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our messaging
  • Measuring and reporting against KPIs, as well as creating reports as needed or requested by senior management
  • Preparing for and contributing to status or ad hoc meetings
  • Delivering upon other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by senior management
